Andrew is experienced in financial turnaround, both SME & in globalised environments with a cash flow and cost out focus.
He is experienced in manufacturing, retail, medical, leisure and outsourced services sectors; and is familiar with venture finance & corporate financiers in identifying targets, due diligence, stemming cash burn, unlocking value and setting up tight policies & procedures.
He has ten years experience in setting up a JV and doing business in China and is a 6 Sigma qualified Green Belt, expert in delivering cost reduction and process flow improvements aligned with modern manufacturing and supply chain thinking. He has extensive IT implementation experience.
