Bob is a highly experienced accountant and business adviser working extensively with SME owner managed business.
Bob has 20 years experience in the manufacturing industry with several successful directorships. He has always strived for the improved turnover, efficiencies and profits that an aggressive manufacturing environment demands to achieve true success.
He went back into advisory work 15 years ago to help distressed owner managed SME’s to put their business model back in shape. Previously controlling a list of successful businesses himself, qualifies him to give sound advice to any SME requiring help. The development of his hands on approach has proved most valuable to his current and previous client base and he holds several interim FD positions and mentors many more businesses.
Bob’s specialist subjects include, management accounts, financial restructuring, administration systems and efficiency controls and cash management and forecasting.
