Graham Wood is a chartered engineer with a Cranfield Masters in industrial management and has been working as an independent executive since 1988 following a successful career in industry.
Starting with interim management operational roles based on his engineering background, he has successfully handled many different assignments, from SMEs to PLCs, and has progressed to almost entirely working on business turnarounds in which he acts either as a hands on executive, often with a very operational focus, or as a business mentor.
Graham has experience across a wide range of industries including aerospace, automotive products, books, B2B, capital products, defense, distribution, dotcoms, electronics, engineering, fmcg, food, hi-tech, IT, materials handling, medical, office products, retail, servicing rental & repair, printing, stationery, supply chain management, trade distribution, training, utilities, vehicle repair, warehousing and distribution.
He is a practising certificate holding member of the Institute for Turnaround and until recently was the South West Regional Chairman.
