Martin is a former partner in KPMG, PKF, Haines Watts, and Tenon, and he established two niche corporate recovery practices in the North of England. He is a former appointment taking insolvency pPractitioner and is now a committed turnaround and restructuring practitioner.
In his 30 years he accumulated significant knowledge and expertise to add value to businesses confronted with financial and operational challenge. His accountancy training has provided him with business discipline; his professional advisory work an appreciation of the larger business issues and the importance of not ignoring detail plus the commercial sharp end of running his own professional practices and successfully selling them.
Martin’s specialities include turnaround management, crisis management, company doctoring, mentoring and financial management.
